 - Allow 6β8 hours for full initial charge before use

π‘ Use a battery trolley or stand to prevent floor contact and improve ventilation
β‘ Section 4: Lithium Battery (Li-ion / LiFePOβ) Installation
Notes:
- Lithium batteries are maintenance-free
 - Comes with in-built Battery Management System (BMS)

Steps:
- Confirm correct voltage and connector type
 - Place in upright position; avoid shaking or tilting
 - Connect terminals: Positive (+) first, then Negative (β)
 - If using in solar/inverter system, ensure charger is lithium-compatible
 - No water top-up required
 - Check for BMS indicators (if available)

π Always use an approved charger or inverter compatible with lithium batteries
π Section 5: Initial Charging (All Battery Types)
- Charge battery fully before first use
 - Avoid deep discharge below manufacturerβs recommended cut-off
 - For lead-acid: Do not leave battery undercharged for long periods
 - For lithium: Avoid overcharging beyond voltage rating (BMS protects this)

π οΈ Section 6: Maintenance Tips
| Battery Type | Maintenance Tips |
|---|---|
| Lead-Acid | Check water level monthly, keep terminals clean |
| Tubular/Inverter | Charge regularly, even during low usage |
| Lithium | No water needed, store in cool place when not in use |
π§― Keep a Class D fire extinguisher nearby for large installations as a precaution
β Section 7: Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No Power | Loose terminal | Re-tighten connections |
| Battery not charging | Faulty charger/inverter | Replace or repair charger |
| Swelling/Leakage | Overcharge or internal failure | Contact service center immediately |
