🔧 Section 1: General Safety Precautions
- ✅ Always install the battery in a well-ventilated and dry area
- 🔋 Never short-circuit the terminals
- 🧤 Use insulated tools and gloves during installation
- ⚠️ Do not place near fire, direct sunlight, or flammable materials
- 🚫 Never attempt to open, dismantle, or modify the battery
🚗 Section 2: Automotive Battery Installation (2W/3W/4W)
Tools Needed:
- Wrench/Spanner
- Battery Terminal Brush (optional)
- Petroleum Jelly/Grease
Steps:
- Switch off ignition and remove keys before installation
- Remove old battery (if any)
- Clean terminals and battery tray
- Place new Infilith battery securely in the tray
- Connect positive terminal (+) first, then negative (–)
- Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to terminals
- Tighten terminals and check for firm contact
- Start vehicle and test

Pre-check:
- Ensure the inverter is compatible with battery voltage and capacity
- Place battery in a well-ventilated area on a flat, non-metallic surface
Steps:
- Switch off inverter and disconnect main power
- Connect positive cable to battery’s + terminal, then negative
- Ensure cable connectors are clean and tight
- Use distilled water only for top-up (if battery is not maintenance-free)
- Allow 6–8 hours for full initial charge before use
💡 Use a battery trolley or stand to prevent floor contact and improve ventilation
⚡ Section 4: Lithium Battery (Li-ion / LiFePO₄) Installation
Notes:
- Lithium batteries are maintenance-free
- Comes with in-built Battery Management System (BMS)
Steps:
- Confirm correct voltage and connector type
- Place in upright position; avoid shaking or tilting
- Connect terminals: Positive (+) first, then Negative (–)
- If using in solar/inverter system, ensure charger is lithium-compatible
- No water top-up required
- Check for BMS indicators (if available)
