You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You have received the wrong product/model
  • The battery is dead on arrival (DOA)
  • There is a manufacturing defect identified upon unboxing

⚠️ Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.


❌ Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Batteries that are used, physically damaged, or tampered with
  • Products that are returned without original packaging, invoice, or warranty card
  • Issues arising due to wrong installation or electrical damage
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or third-party platforms

If a return is approved (based on the conditions above):

  • βœ… Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • βœ… Refund will be credited to your original mode of payment or via bank transfer
  • 🚫 No cash refunds will be provided for online transactions

Refunds are only applicable for products purchased directly through www.infilith.com or Infilith-authorized channels.

  • Replacements are offered for eligible warranty claims and DOA cases
  • Replacement will be provided at no extra cost, subject to product availability
  • If a product is out of stock, an equivalent model or refund will be offered
