π Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You have received the wrong product/model
- The battery is dead on arrival (DOA)
- There is a manufacturing defect identified upon unboxing
β οΈ Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
β Products Not Eligible for Return
- Batteries that are used, physically damaged, or tampered with
- Products that are returned without original packaging, invoice, or warranty card
- Issues arising due to wrong installation or electrical damage
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or third-party platforms
π° Refund Policy
If a return is approved (based on the conditions above):
- β Refunds will be processed within 7β10 working days
- β Refund will be credited to your original mode of payment or via bank transfer
- π« No cash refunds will be provided for online transactions
Refunds are only applicable for products purchased directly through www.infilith.com or Infilith-authorized channels.
π Replacement Policy
- Replacements are offered for eligible warranty claims and DOA cases
- Replacement will be provided at no extra cost, subject to product availability
- If a product is out of stock, an equivalent model or refund will be offered
